2013 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

The Oscars coverage has been everywhere, but I couldn't help sharing some of my favorite photos from the Vanity Fair Oscar party.  I love the photos from Getty Images.  They are so artistic and beautiful and really capture the old Hollywood glamour of the event.  Take a look.

SAG Awards 2013

As you know, it's awards season, and once again I'm so impressed with this year's old Hollywood glamour!  It's nice to see celebs looking lovely and classic, while still incorporating the new trends.  

(Best Dressed Couple of the Night: Liev Shreiber and Naomi Watts)

(Sofia Vergara--not a huge fan of hers, but loving the classy look, the color, and the fact that her bust is not falling out like normal)

(Bradley Cooper going solo)

(My favorite consistently...Marion Cotillard is such a gorgeous example of what Hollywood should be)

(Not sure about the dress for Claire Danes, but loving the vamp lip)

(Jessica Chastain--a bit boring, but still lovely)

(Jennifer Garner--not sure about the color, but I love her personality and she always looks gorgeous...such a natural beauty)

(Kaley Cuoco--thoughts?  I love the dress, I love her hair, I LOVE HER, just not sure if I love it all together...have to think about this one.  She is adorable though)

(First of all, what is Carmen Electra doing there?  But, she looks fabulous, except those I'm so over it pointed claws)

(This was my favorite colored piece of the night--Nina Dobrev)

Golden Globes 2013 and a Giveaway!

(I have to admit, this is my favorite so far.  They both look fabulous!)

It's awards time again!  I love the Golden Globes because you get to see the celebs in action interacting with one another.  The show seems less stuffy, and a bit more relaxed, although you'd never know it by looking at this year's fashions.  I'm so thrilled to see some returning to the old Hollywood glamour that has been missing.  So far, the photos available aren't reflecting much color, but rather a soft, lovely look that appears classy and timeless.  Take a look:

Oscar Fashion 2012

Well, another disappointing Red Carpet...I'm so bored with the fashions out there this past few years.  It's hard for me to find even a handful of dresses I really love.  There were more fashion faux pas then looks I liked.  I'm curious to see if you shared any of my opinions.

How About Those SAG's?

Did you happen to catch the SAG awards last night?  I love the show.  Every year it's fun to watch and I like to see them giving awards to their peers.  Of course there was some fabulous fashion and my favorite was probably Kristen Wiig of Bridesmaids.  I had no idea she was so pretty!  If you watched, who were your favorites?

Movie Star Michelle

I have a bit of a soft spot in my heart for Michelle Williams because of the whole Heath Ledger thing.  It's just such a tragic love story.  After watching her speech on the Golden Globes the other night, I had to feature her.  Look how absolutely gorgeous she is in these photos.
