7 Days of Love--Day 7: I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues

I hope you all had a great weekend!  Today marks the end of my series, "7 Days of Love."  There are so many things to love, it was hard to narrow it down to just seven, but today I'm loving the color blue. I usually don't fancy the blues, but lately I'm noticing them in all shades and have fallen in love.  It's the perfect color to wear for spring, and looks amazing with a tan.  What do you think?

7 Days of Love--Day 6: Cruisin'

DAY 6

Yay!  It's the weekend, finally.  I hope you're all looking forward to a few days off.  Any big plans?  I'm grading, grading, and grading some more.  Finals were yesterday, so I'm a bit behind, with the sinus infection and all.  

Moving right along, today I'm sharing what I love for my series "7 Days of Love."  We're on day 6, and today I'm loving beach cruisers or bicycles of any kind.  Living in Southern CA, one of my favorite things to do is take my pink beach cruiser out for a ride on the boardwalk.  There's nothing like riding around, stopping for lunch, and getting a tan while the wind's in your hair.  I don't get to go often anymore, but want to make a priority to get there this spring and summer.  We've been having such great weather that I might even get to go next month!  The photo above is me and my dad, out for the day with others on a ride.  Check out my airbrushed t-shirt lol.  Let's just say the photo is from about 10 years ago...enjoy!

7 Days of Love--Day 5: Let's Be Vain

Well it's finally Friday...and I hope you're as excited about the weekend as I am.  I don't have any big plans or anything, but this week has been exhausting trying to play catch up after I was sick.  So, I think I might just hang around in my p.j.'s watching movies in the rain.  What are your plans?

I hope you're loving this week's series "7 Days of Love."  It might seem a bit random, but I wanted to share with you everything I'm loving this month.  If you have had a chance to read the rest of this week's posts, go play catch up!

Today I'm loving bedroom or bathroom vanities.  I'm dying for one for my bedroom.  What better way to primp and get all dolled up then by sitting at your very own gorgeous vanity?  Not only is it a gorgeous piece of furniture, but then you also get to put pretty trays, perfume's, and flowers on top.  There's just something about a woman sitting at a vanity putting her makeup on that is not only sexy, but timeless and beautiful (think Anne Archer in Fatal Attraction).  I can't think of a better way to enjoy the getting ready process, then by applying that rich red lipstick in that sparkling mirror.  Take a look at some of my favorites.

We're on day 4 of my series, "7 Days of Love," and I'm so excited about this post!  Yes, the series is all about things I'm currently loving, so of course I had to blog about flats.  I always wore heels until the past few years.  Flats are so comfy, chic, and have a certain sexiness if you buy the right ones.  Since I'm also tall (5'10"), it's kind of nice not to tower over everyone in the room.  Every year the selection of flats gets greater, and of course much more stylish.  This year there are many amazing looks to choose from, so I thought I'd share a few of my favorites.

7 Days of Love--Day 3: Erin Condren Life Planner

It's Wednesday, which means we're on day 3 of my series, "7 Days of Love."  Let me first state that I am in no way being paid or rewarded for this post.  I simply love, love, love these planners so much that I had to share with all of you, my favorite people.

7 Days of Love--Day 2: Vegas on CBS

DAY 2

I hope you're having a great week so far.  Since I'm sharing what I love this week, day 2 brings us Vegas, no not the location, the T.V. show on CBS.  If you're not watching this show, you should be.  It's like this show was made for me.  It's got old Vegas, amazing fashion, historical backdrops, and cowboys and ranchers.  What more could you ask for?  If you like Mad Men, I think you should give it a shot.  Every week I die over the costumes the women on the show are wearing.  Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis star and co-produce.  There's also a few really good looking men on the cast as well.  Need more reasons to watch?  Did I mention it's written by the writers of Goodfellas and Casino?  Oh, and it's based on a true story.
