I hope you're all having a great weekend!  It's been so nice here in sunny Southern CA this weekend.  It's sandals season for sure.  There are so many cute styles out that I had to share.  All styles are from Nordstrom of course.  Take a look.

No More Neon?

I'm a child of the 80's.  I was in middle school when the neon trend hit big.  I love it.  I wore everything I could that was bright pink, yellow, or green.  Was it flattering?  Probably not.  Did I love wearing it?  Of course.  I swore I would never see myself in neon again.  Never say never, right?  The neon trend is back and it's huge.  

I've been known to give Nordstrom a bit of free publicity.  Why?  I love their customer service, their product, and the overall history of the store.  Plus, I'm an ex-employee!  Here are a few neon pieces available at Nordstrom.

I'm In The Mood...

For the perfect pump.  I've been dreaming about adding a little bit of shoe porn to my collection, and I found a few I'm drooling over at Nordstrom.

7 Days of Love--Day 4: Flats

We're on day 4 of my series, "7 Days of Love," and I'm so excited about this post!  Yes, the series is all about things I'm currently loving, so of course I had to blog about flats.  I always wore heels until the past few years.  Flats are so comfy, chic, and have a certain sexiness if you buy the right ones.  Since I'm also tall (5'10"), it's kind of nice not to tower over everyone in the room.  Every year the selection of flats gets greater, and of course much more stylish.  This year there are many amazing looks to choose from, so I thought I'd share a few of my favorites.

Welcome to 2013!  I hope you all had a fabulous New Year's.  I definitely did and was lucky enough to spend the night with some great friends.  This year I plan to focus on the positive.  I have some fun changes coming my way, and I've finally come to realize that God is in control.  I'm so excited to see what He brings me this year!  2013 Will be worry free!

Watch-a Doin?

It's time to start looking for great Christmas gifts, now that November 1 is approaching.  One of the best gifts in my opinion is always a great watch.  I love my Michele more than anything I own (for reals), but like to have a few options.  Check out what's new for the gifting season.

"Frankenstorm" Fashion

"Frankenstorm" has finally touched down in New Jersey.  This storm is no joke.  I hope all of my blogger friends along the east coast are bundled up and ready to hunker down for a few days.  I know you all don't have electricity, but for those of you who do, know we are praying for you!

In honor of the storm, we can still stay fashionable when the rain hits, right?  My friend Kerry has been fashionable in rain boots for years.  I'm always fascinated by how adorable they look on her and how she seems to incorporate them into her outfit (even if it's not raining).  In fact, I've always wondered, "why don't I get myself a pair?"  Probably because I feel like a dork wearing rubber boots.  How about you?  Do you own a pair and what do you wear them with?
