Outdoor Oasis

One of my favorite things about California is that you can sit outside (especially if you have a fireplace) and enjoy a glass of wine pretty much all year.  There's nothing better than a night cap and a dip in the hot tub.  My brother Matthew owns a company called Water Visuals Inc. that create gorgeous outdoor environments anyone would envy.  I am so proud of him and his work, that I knew I just had to share with you all.  If you're in Southern California or would like to fly him out to take care of your project, I'm sure he'll travel!  Stop by and tell him I sent you!  He has a Twitter, so say hi!  What do you think?

Up On The Roof...

One of the reasons I've always wanted to live in New York was to have a gorgeous rooftop.  I envision having fabulous parties up there, looking out over the city.  There's just something romantic about it.  Am I just a dreamer?  Do any of you live in buildings where you can hang out on the rooftop?  Tell me all about it!
