Anyway, moving right along...I just opened my new issue of Harper's Bazaar and gasped aloud.  Have you seen Gwen Stefani on the cover?  I'm so excited to see Gwen in some new photos.  She's one of my favorite celebrities, because of her down-to-earth style, and the fact that she's from Anaheim, CA, about 20 minutes from me.  She even worked at Disneyland, did you know that?  She's definitely a style icon and looks amazing, maybe even better than she did when she was 25?  You be the judge.

Fashion Friday L.A.M.B

Welcome to Fashion Friday!  I hope you can link up with me today.  I've posted on Gwen Stefani before, but never about her amazing line, L.A.M.B.  It seemed perfect for today to discuss her inspiring success as a designer.  Not only is Gwen talented musically, beautiful, a wonderful mom, and sweet, she has a style that's hard to beat.

The L.A.M.B. (Love Angel Music Baby) line includes clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, and of course fragrance.  There is no limit to what this lady can do.  I'm not sure I'm loving everything coming up in the Fall 2011 line, but do like various pieces and can't wait for more plaid, and old school looks.  Do you own anything L.A.M.B.?

Gobsmacked by Gwen

It's Saturday already?  Where did my Spring Break go?  Oh well, 6 weeks from yesterday and I'm on summer break, but who's counting?

I've always loved Gwen Stefani.  Maybe it's because she's a fellow Southern California girl, maybe it's her down-to-earth personality, or maybe it's just her amazing style and oh those red lips!  Whatever the case, I've always admired how she was able to pretty much stay out of the spotlight over the years, maintaining a sense of normalcy.

Gwen and the band, No Doubt have a record coming out soon.  I can't wait to see if their style has changed on this album.  They used to be ska...does anyone even remember what ska is?

Also, some really great news!  My novel comes out a week from yesterday, this Friday, May 6th!!!!  I'm so excited to release the title and artwork to you this week.  I'm even hoping to get it uploaded to Amazon earlier than Friday, but time will tell.  I'm so thankful for all the wonderful support I've been given throughout the months (and years) with the process.  You are all so great and I don't know what I'd do without the blogging community...so to give you a hint...the title is: Murder  _____ _____.

One of my favorite stylista's is Gwen Stefani. I have loved her since her ska days in No Doubt. She grew up in Anaheim, CA. and I have never heard anything bad said about her. Not only is she gorgeous, but her style is amazing. She used to look more tomboy-like, but in her recent years, she has a very vintage look. I have always loved her trademark platinum do and her red lips. Here are some pics of Gwen that I love. What do you think about Gwen and her style?

Oh, on a side note, I am amazed that I have 299 followers! Wow! Maybe I can reach 300 by the end of the week? I never thought in October when I started this blog for fun that I would have so many followers and make such great friends! You bring so much joy to my life!
