February Is Made For Color

Good morning!  Hope you all had a great weekend and enjoyed the Superbowl.  I was so exhausted that I could barely keep my eyes open for the game.  As I shared yesterday, I attended the So. Cal Blogger event in La Jolla and the weather was just gorgeous.  It's getting warmer here in sunny Southern California and I'm ready to break out my bright colors.  I love wearing coral, bright pink, turquoise, and anything else that looks great with a tan.  I'm trying to wait to shop since I just started working out with a trainer, but it's so tough with all the beautiful shades out there!  Take a look!

So. Cal Blogger Event

Yes, I know it's Super Bowl Sunday, but I have to share my photos from yesterday's fun event.  I went to the So. Cal Blogger Event in La Jolla, CA yesterday organized by two gorgeous girls: Stephanie and Tammy!  You must check out their blogs...they are fabulous!  The event was at Roppongi in La Jolla, and the food, ambiance, service, and just about everything about the place was fantastic.  I had a glass of wine of course, and the appetizers were to die for.  They were so nice to all of us girls there and I would recommend that any of you eat there if you get a chance.  

My friend Heather of This and That drove all the way out from Arizona for the event!  What dedication!  Poor thing had a cold and still made it.  I was so glad to see her, we stayed the night in La Jolla and ended up having dinner at a fabulous restaurant in Del Mar.  The weather was perfect and we ate right on the ocean!  I'm so glad she came and we had a chance to hang out.  We're hoping for a trip to D.C. soon!  

I can't thank Stephanie, Tammy, and the other bloggers who helped put the event together.  It was so great to meet everyone and I always love following new blogs.  If you want to see who was there, check out Stephanie's page for the link up.  Because of their success, I'm even thinking of maybe organizing one for the Inland Empire area of CA!  If you are local, and interested, let me know!  Have a great day watching the game all!

Novel News

Today was so much fun!  I got the chance to have lunch with and meet Heather of This and That, and LeeAnn of Join The Gossip.  We had a great time and I feel so blessed to know these fabulous ladies!

Other than that, just wanted to update you on the novel.  My novel will be available May 6 on Amazon.com.  The artwork has been completed and I am making some last minute revisions.  I am so excited about it and can't wait to share with you all!
