Happy Birthday Marilyn Monroe! Born June 1, 1926 she would have been 87 today. If you don't know, Marilyn was the inspiration for me to start my blog. I've always thought she had such a tragic life and we never really knew just who she was. Here are a few of my favorite photos of Marilyn. Are you a fan?

Loved your post and the pictures of Marilyn. My walls in my hallway are filled of pictures of Marilyn. I also have some coasters and glasses with her on them.

Timeless beauty! I have always been a fan :) When we first moved to Cali many years ago, one of the first items on my to-do list was to visit Marilyn's grave. Thanks for posting a few never seen photos :)

I have always loved her and her story. She has been such an inspiration to me to push through the hard times and never let anybody tell you that you're not good enough. Beautiful pictures :)
