Look At Luke

Wow, how can my day get any better?  My boyfriend (don't tell his wife lol) Luke Bryan is on the cover of Billboard Magazine this week looking gorgeous as usual.  I've loved Luke since his career started.  I'm a big country music fan, but Luke is definitely my favorite artist.  Why you ask?  Well, for starters, look at him ;-).  But, I really think he comes across as a down-to-earth-good-ol' country boy.  I've seen him on tour and he loves to connect with his audience, his music makes you want to sing along over and over again, and he's friends with the guys from "Duck Dynasty."  What more could you ask for?  He's also co-hosting the ACM awards coming up on April 7.  So, take a look of a few of my favorite photos of Luke, followed by the video for his newest single "Buzzkill," from his new Spring Break album.  Enjoy and your welcome!

Pastels for Easter

Good Afternoon all.  I hope you're enjoying this Good Friday...today we remember that Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins, but it is a joyous occasion, since Sunday we can say, "HE IS RISEN!!!"

I'm dying to know what you're all wearing this weekend.  To me, Easter screams pastels.  Here are a few of my favorite pretty pastel looks.

I just came across a news article about a local girl in Orange County, CA who has contracted some form of meningitis.  Her story is heartbreaking.  She has had to have all four of her limbs removed.  Her name is Kaitlyn.  I am posting the link to donate to her site on my sidebar.  If you can donate, please help her out.  They have almost met their goal, but are still in need.  You can learn all about Kaitlyn on the page.

Jon and the Cast of Mad Men Exposed

Loving the cover of Rolling Stone this month...oh Don Draper, how I love you so...I'm also loving the black and white photos of the cast and what they think of their characters...what I'm not loving is the fact that just because the cast is being interviewed for Rolling Stone, they feel the need to use the F word constantly.  Have to prove your edge much?  Come on...take a look.

Seeing Dots

Hey everyone!  I hope you're having a great week.  I'm heading into Spring Break next week, so I'm getting ready for some relaxation 101.  Yes, I just said that lol.  I'm so jealous of all of you lucky bloggers who get to attend Lucky Fabb next week.  Can't wait to see all your photos.  One trend I absolutely love for spring is polka dots.  They're so much fun, flirty, and light--they just ooze spring fun.  I'm dying for a new pair of polka dots pumps.  Let me know if you come across any.  In the meantime, here are a few of my favorite polka dot pieces...what do ya think?

Katie's New Start

I'm glad to see Katie Holmes is beginning to look like herself again.  I always felt that when she was with Tom Cruise, she seemed to have a dead-pan stare, almost like she wasn't in there.  Since their break-up, she seems lighter, but maybe it's just me.  I opened my copy of Allure for this month today and couldn't believe how sexy she looks.  What do you think?

Natural Beauty

I love photos that appear in nature, blending the beauty of a well-dressed model with the open air beauty of the outdoors.  This month Town and Country created just that...perfection in the outdoors.  They shot at Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West winter home in Arizona.  Which look is your favorite?
