To work out I mean? I'm ready. I hate to work out, but don't mind power walking, hiking, and just being outdoors, which is easy here in Southern California. I tried to watch it over Christmas, so I didn't gain any weight, but am ready to get in shape and lose a few pounds anyway.
What are your workout or diet tips? I'd love to hear what you all do to stay fabulous! In the meantime, here's some visual inspiration! Have a fantastic day and enjoy the Rose Parade!

I absolutely love working out, but I am horrible at not eating junk food. If I could just stop snacking I would be a skinny mini!

Love the quotes very inspirational! I love working out, over the past years it's become a hobby and big part of my lifestyle. I swear by Jillian Michaels workouts, but lately I been training with P90X. My favorites are kenpo and ab ripper. Hope you accomplish all your fitness goals this year, just stay motivated!
Totally ready to work my ass off in the new year.

I'm spinning 3 times a week, kickboxing twice a week, plus dieting and yoga!! I love working out and I really want to lose weight!! Good luck!!
I'm with you! I love how the new year is a clean slate, and I feel enthusiastic and motivated.
On the "how to lose weight" image, I would interpret "eat right" as including "eat fewer carbs." In my experience, lowering (though not eliminating) carbs has been crucial for me.
Thanks for the inspiration!

its all about what you eat! working out is only about 30% of it
