Classic red makes such a statement. It's vintage and timeless. When I see red lips or nails on someone, it just makes me swoon. Although I often wear the red nails, I can't pull off the lips. Do you wear red on your lips or nails? What red is your favorite?

I love Essie's Russian Roulette and I used to wear Revlon's Cherries in the Snow I think it was called when I was younger. I'm much more about red nails and a nude lip on myself, but I do love red lips on others.

I am loving Essie's Forever Yummy right now! I every time I wear it on short nails, I feel like I'm right out of the 40's! It's such a nice, classic red. On my lips, I tend to stick to the pinks more than the reds. I'm still on the hunt for that perfect blueish red that would work on my skin tone! Any suggestions? I've heard MAC has a wonderful matte line of lipsticks!

I love red nail polish...I tend to gravitate to a warm red rather than a red with a blue undertone. I find red polish and lipstick a classic.
