Brittany Murphy

I was hesitant to do a post on Brittany, because so many other blogs are paying her a tribute today, but feel deeply touched by her death, and thought I should write about it. I used to watch her on this cheesy show on Disney channel called "The Torkelsons." She will truly be missed. She was beautiful both inside and out. Here are some of my favorite photos of her.

Hope your week is going well friends. I'm sorry to be away from blogging for the weekend. I've been so busy and am now feeling a little under the weather.

I feel sad about Brittany too. I loved her character in Clueless and everything else she did. Such a great actor that will be missed.

How sad that she's passed away, and at such a young age too. She was a lovely actress and the photos show her beauty and talent.

Sorry to hear you're feeling ill, i hope you feel better soon xx

Great pics of Brittany that you posted Blondie. I was shocked to hear about her death. I will always remember her from Clueless early on in her career and then of late in Don't Say A Word as she would keep repeating that phrase I'll never tell in a sing song voice.

We were shocked here. I'm still wondering what happened. And I remember that show The Torkelsons.

I don't remember that show, but she was amazing in Girl, Interrupted. And a bunch of other stuff, but I always think of her in that....

I was so sad to hear about it too and didn't want to believe it was true. She always seemed so effervescent and it's tragic she didn't make it to a nice, ripe old age.

I hope you feel better soon and especially in time for Christmas!

I also felt sad about her passing. I am curious to see what the doctors rule as her official cause of death. It always tragic when people die so young.

I will miss her as well. Fantastic actress and a big heart. The movie that touched me the most and STILL makes me cry every time I see it is, "Uptown Girls" with Dakota Fanning.

Another tragedy! We can't help but wonder that if she hadn't become a star, would she still be alive? A bright flame for such a short time.
