What I'm Thankful For

Tomorrow's the big day!  Thanksgiving is here and I once again can't believe how fast 2011 has flown by. I know most of you will be spending time with family tomorrow, so I might not have a new blog post up.  In honor of Thanksgiving, I wanted to share with you all what I'm thankful for.  So here goes.

Falling For Fur

I'm not really sure how I feel about wearing fur.  I'm not passionate either way about it.  I know some of you are absolutely against it.  Whether you wear real or faux, fur makes a huge statement that's for sure.  I'm seeing it everywhere this season, which is rare here in California.  It's appearing in vest form, on collars of jackets, even on bags.  Do you wear real or faux?  Maybe you won't wear it, but drape it over your couch in a throw form?  What is the general attitude about wearing fur where you're from?  It definitely looks cozy and perfect for the holidays, whether it's real or faux, don't you agree?

Bearer of Bad News

Hey there friends!  So, we're three days away and I can't wait for my mama's famous homemade dressing.  Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, but I always stress because I try not to overeat.  So, enjoy your pumpkin pie, your mashed potatoes, and everything else you desire, but don't forget to get back on track before Christmas comes around for that little black dress!  Don't hate me, I'm only trying to help you and me!
