On Our Way To 2012

It's about that time again...New Year's Eve.  I have to admit it's my least favorite holiday.  Why, you ask?  Because I don't think I've ever had a fun New Year's.  It's overrated and there is nothing exciting to plan it seems.  Maybe next year I'll feel different.  For now, I'll live vicariously through you all.  What are your plans?  I wish you all a safe, blessed new year.  Don't forget to make a wish and start off 2012 right!  

Fashion Friday New Year's Style

What a week.  I have to admit I've been a little bored this vacation (who am I?) and am kind of ready to go back to work.  I go back Tuesday, and then the countdown to summer begins.  With New Year's Eve coming up Saturday, I thought for Fashion Friday, I'd feature some of my favorite celebration looks.  New Year's is one of those holidays where a cocktail dress can work, or a pants suit, or even a fabulous pair of jeans and heels.  I personally have never liked New Year's.  It makes me a little sad for some reason.  What about you?  What are your New Year's plans?  What will you be wearing?

Best Hair Dryer Ever!

Hey y'all.  I know I already posted today, but have to share my amazing hair dryer with you.  A couple months ago, someone from the company Misikko contacted me and asked me to review their Hana hair dryer.  I've been using it every day for 2 months now, and have to tell you, I am in love with this dryer.  It makes my hair so shiny, manageable, and seriously soft.  I have never been one to think much about hair dryer's or their performance on my hair, so it surprises me that I notice such a huge difference.  Hope you can get one and let me know what you think!

Is Gray The New Black?

I'm finding myself wearing a lot of gray this season.  I love it.  It's such a great neutral, and looks crisp, fashionable, and feminine at the same time.  I just got gray Uggs for Christmas and can't wait to wear them.    I'm curious, do you wear a lot of gray?  What is your favorite gray piece?

Pretty Pretty Paula

I saw Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol yesterday and it was amazing.  I always love the Mission Impossible movies, even though I'm not a huge fan of Tom Cruise in real life.  They're full of action and I love all the new technology.  The female lead this time?  Paula Patton.  Who is she, you ask?  Well she's an actress, but is also married to singer/songwriter Robin Thicke.  I thought she was so beautiful that I had to share some photos of her.  Did you see the film?  What did you think? 

Christmas Recap

Good morning all!  I hope you had a fabulously blessed Christmas and enjoyed spending time with your families and friends.  I had a wonderful Christmas.  My family is so good to me.  I feel so blessed and can't wait to see what 2012 brings.  I don't normally share, but thought I'd share a few things I got with you this year.  Check them out!

First, my brother and sister in law got me that adorable Henri Bendel ring above!  It twists to reveal fig perfume inside the bow!!!  One of my favorite things!

My parents got me the Kindle Fire!  I'm in love!!!

Kate Spade bangles?  Yes please!

I also got some Minnetonka's but have to exchange for Ugg's, a Free People sweater, a Michael Kors coat (finally!), and lots of other baubles.  I am so lucky and can't wait to wear it all!  What did you all get?  Share!  Share!  Have a great day friends!

Christmas Wish

Good morning!  It's finally Christmas Eve.  I'm so excited to spend time with my family.  We're heading to see a production of A Christmas Carol, then relaxing, playing dominoes, etc.  I hope you all have a very blessed Christmas with your family and friends.  My wish for you all this coming year is peace, happiness, and most of all blessings!  What's your Christmas wish?
